Job Summary
- Minimum Qualification : Commerce Graduate
- Experience : minimum 1 year s experience as Accounts Executive
Job Profile :
- Various accounting transactions like sales, purchase, Receipt, payment, bank & cash, inventory management etc.
- Bank reconciliation
- Petty cash management
- Generating sales bill and following for payments from customers
- Complete banking operations like deposits, withdrawal, cheque making, communication, etc.
- Helping auditors to manage various Govt. compliance like VAT, Service Tax, Profession Tax, TDS, etc.
- Internal audit checks.
- Co-ordinate with other departments like customer care, sales & marketing, office boys, etc.
- Regular reporting to seniors.
Proficiency
Must be proficient in use of MS Office - specially Excel, Word and Outlook, Good Communication & Writing skills, Good People Management Skills
Salary Upto Rs 14,000 per month + Benefits
