Job Summary
- A Bachelor's degree in human resources or similar.
- A minimum of 5+ years of Call Center/BPO/BPS Candidates hiring experience
- US Staffing Fresher hiring experience is preferred
- Sound understanding of the recruitment process and call centre hiring experience
- Good knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems such as Job Diva
- Excellent marketing and advertising abilities.
- Highly charismatic with excellent interpersonal communication skills.
- Experience with designing and conducting interviews.
- A good judge of character and decision-making skills.
- Great networking abilities.
- Sound knowledge of recruitment practices and keeping up to date with trends.
- Comprehensive Recruiting experience across multiple industries in the US
- Pharma/Biotech/Medical Device Recruiting experience is preferred
- Experience with Job Diva as the Applicant Tracking System
