Job Summary
  • Taking job briefs and writing up job specifications
  • Creating adverts and advertising the roles
  • Creating a pool of pipelined candidates
  • Manage the candidate's experience from start to finish
  • Scheduling and taking all 1st calls and interviews
  • Scheduling and taking responsibility for all other interviews & obtaining feedback
  • Giving out feedback & rejections to candidates
  • Leading all employer branding
  • Knowledge of our competitors and analysis investigating what we can offer to make us better
  • Thinking about & being imaginative with things we can implement for the team to create an even better environment and stand out further as an employer of choice
  • Continuous marketing on LinkedIn and any other platform we can utilize work with Marketing
  • Collaborative onboarding

  • Minimum 5+ years of recruitment experience (working for a Recruitment/Staffing Agency)
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in recruiting internal talent for Recruitment/Staffing Agency
