We are looking for an HR Executive to manage our companys recruiting,implement performance review procedures, effective sourcing, screening ,interviewing techniques and daily operations of the HR department.

Ultimately, you will have to make strategic decisions for our company so that we hire, develop and retain qualified and skilled employees.

Requirements

Proven work experience as an HR Executive with full-cycle recruiting

Demonstrable leadership abilities

Solid communication skills

BSc/MSc in Human Resources Management or relevant field
