Job Summary

Ability to develop and execute a sales plan with clear priorities and expected results.Experienced in successful IT product Sales.Significant experience in managing long sales cycle Sales and marketing experience in ELearning and Knowledge Management.Should have exposure in Documentation Management, Knowledge management and Record Management.Experience / exposure to APAC and the USA markets.Should have the capability in implementing market initiatives, developing alliance partners, arriving at innovative ideas for new business development drive Should have expertise in Identifying, qualifying and developing new accounts Expertise in maintaining existing clients Should be highly successful in pre-sales, sales, marketing and Business development.Responsibilities:Gather technical requirements from customers; adapt in preparing and writing proposals.Conduct solution presentation and demonstrations to potential customers.Support Sales Team on sales call and customer enquiry.Translate business requirements of clients into technical inputs for the development/design team to build upon.Provide product/technology update to both internal and external customers as requiredPlan, coordinate and liaise with users, consultants and internal staff on various projects.Responsible and experience in the planning and execution of client projects in eLearning /Knowledge Management Solutions.Comfortable and conversant in communicating to clients both on technical as well as Non-technical issues.To actively manage assigned territory and customers to ensure maximum productivity, sales, increased market share, and profitability at or beyond objectives.Actively identify and cultivate new markets, while providing direction and feedback to the Product Development team.Should have experience with Universities, Colleges, Educational Institutes Has demonstrated leadership and inter-personal skills to consistently achieve both individual and the organizations goals and objectives Key Result Areas:Team and time management.Client Interaction.Communication Ability.Technical updation for best utilization. Sense of Quality in every tasks / output / milestone / delivery.Documentation of processes and procedures.Target achievement as per the approved Business Plan.

Minimum Requirements

To report to office on night shift to take care of US market.Analyze NETed Products, Solutions and Services offerings for 2007.Competitive analysis with reference to sales and marketing.Define roles and activities of his team members. (Marketing, Business Development, Sales for offshore and onsite.Market Analysis and Research for Partner Development, target client identification and database generation.Identify content providers and structure solution bundles for different verticals.Provide Business Plan for 2007 and vet with CEO.

M.A, M.Com, MBA/PGDM
