Minimum Requirements :

• Basic Hardware and Networking Knowledge.
  
• Work with Operations and Tech team for troubleshoot the system applications.
• Escalation support with Service provider on network link issues.
• call routing as per ops requirement.
• Ability to monitor web applications and network monitoring tools.
• Maintain routing sheets, issues tracker and downtime tracker.
• Process documentation and new tools evaluation.

Good to have :

• Basic Excel and word knowledge.
