• Required Skill:To be able to face the camera confidently and build an on-air personality that will connect with the viewers and represent Naaptol to them.
• Core competencies / experience:
• Home shopping / News and business features / travel shows / cooking shows / lifestyle shows / talk shows / events / Radio / VJing / Theatre. Live show / multi-cam show exposure is a bonus
• Strong research skills and ad-libbing communication skills
• An understanding of audience profile and viewer psyche, using that to one's advantage to maximize creative impact
• Good sense of story telling, strong visual skills
• Passionate about shopping, interest in using products and market trends
• Interpersonal Skill:
• Clear communication and analytical skills
• Self-motivated, with positive 'can-do' approach
• Passionate about enhancing customer value
