Job Summary
Thorough revenue audit of all the on-going projects to verify accuracy of system data with agreement, timely demands raised, interest charged, Collection of taxes, SD, etc. Develop and document a thorough understanding of business processes, inherent risks and controls for assigned audits. Evaluate adequacy of process / design and its effectiveness in meeting business objectives. Perform end to end Internal Audit of Functions / sites processes including risk management and control management. Conduct IFC compliance review to identify whether appropriate internal controls are in place and operating effectively. Conduct follow up audits to monitor implementation of Agreed action plan. Responsible for generating/receiving funds wherever as per debtor's list.
Qualification :
B.Com/ M.Com/CA Inter/ICWA/Cost Accountant
Experience - 8 to 10 yrs (Real Estate Accounts Experience is preferred)
Qualification - B.Com/ M.Com/CA Inter/ICWA/Cost Accountant
Salary - 5 6 LPA + monthly incentives
