Job Summary
- Marketing Project Budget Preparations
- Visiting clients for sales promotion activities (min 4 meetings per day)
- Any other work as per instruction given by Management
- Marketing vendor management
- Utilization of Marketing Funds in Budget
- Preparing Alliance Strategies and techniques of advertisements to get maximum walk-in customers for commercial & residential projects
- Maintaining the Data
- Handling Channel Partners for generating sales & increase residential and commercial sales
- Attending premium client and finalizing the deals with proper negotiations done in company and clients benefit.
- Maintaining healthy relations with local channel Partners for maximum business generation
- Launching events and preparing the total Start to end theme for the event with Finalizing of Vendors, Budget preparations, arranging the overall system and training the sales team.
