Roles and Responsibilities

1. Responsible for Receival of the test request from ware house, Production and Packaging department, entering the details in the respective register.

2. Reporting quality management system like

Deviations

Incidents in quality control

Out of specification results

Out of trend results

3. Responsible for Maintaining and handling the records of Quality Control Logbooks, and other necessary key documents in the QC.

4. Responsible to work with the team to achieve the set targets with maintaining quality as well as cGMP.

5. To participate in INHOUSE training as arranged by the company.

6. Review the chromatographic data, audit trial any computerized data.

7. Review the results with previous time point and identified OOT, OOS and conduct investigation.

8. Responsible to report and handling any non-conformance as per the guidance given by the section head and head - QC.

9. Responsible of Analytical instrument handling and Calibration.

10. Responsible for Analysis planning and review of stability, finished product and In-process samples.

11. Receiving stability samples as per stability programme from QA and analysis, reporting of results and Submission Data to the Section Head within defined window frame.

12. To ensure stability trend for stability products.

13. To carry out any other task and assignment as given by the Section head and head - QC.

14. To ensure proper housekeeping and cleanliness in the Quality Control at all times.

15. Roles in LIMS assigned as QC_ADMIN_NAP and QC_REVIEWER_NAP to perform the activities associated with both roles in lims.

16. Roles as per master Control Software.

17. Accountable for elimination of the Data integrity events and implementation of the SOP and Policy.

18. Responsible for monitoring and assessing hazardous and unsafe situations and developing measures to assure personnel safety.

19. Responsible to promote safety in premises.
