Job Summary

Roles and Responsibilities

Job Purpose:To completely or partially own, manage, and execute making of consolidated group MIS, annual budget, cost audit and NHL analytical review. Play active role in sharing and presenting data with various stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities:


  • MIS Review: Coordinate with units for timely and accurate submission of MIS
  • MIS Consolidation: prepare and consolidate PL & BI Operational data, Specialty PL and Payor PL Consol
  • Sharing data with Investor Relations Team: Share the Specialty & Payor PL Consols in the required formats
  • Analytical Review: Prepare QoQ & YoY NHL AR
  • Participate in Budgeting Exercise: prepare minutes, follow up and consolidate
  • Cost Audit: end to end management
  • BI Dashboard Creation, Management, SOPs, Training of Units
  • Execute One Time Activities as making MIS Template, Budget Template, MIS Tracker Format

    • Desired Candidate Profile

    Education: CA/ CMA

    Experience: 3-5 years

    Knowledge and Skills:

    • Data Accuracy
    • Analytical Ability
    • Verbal Ability/Communication Skills
    • Able to work with minimal supervision.

    • Problem Solving Ability
    • Ability to plan & organize work schedule effectively
