Job Summary
The desired skills of Magento Developer will be as follows:
- A clear understanding of HTML, XHTML, CSS,Javascript,Bootstrap, and PHP
- Expertise in Modular Development, MVC architecture, Object-Oriented Programming, and MySQL
- Expertise in Magento 1.x and Magento 2.x
- Thorough understanding of Themes, Modules, and Extensions
- Ability to customize the theme
- Ability to customize the extension
- Ability to develop new extensions from scratch
- Ability to develop a new theme from scratch
- Ability to migrate from Magento 1.x to Magento 2.x
- Ability to migrate extensions from Magento 1.x to Magento 2.x
- Experience with multi-vendor and multi-store websites
- Understanding of source control using Git or Bitbucket.
- Knowledge of PSD to Magento Theme integration would be a plus.
Academic Qualifications:
- Any Graduation / Post Graduation degree with Computers / IT as the Major subject.
