Job Summary
  • Plan and execute series of large conferences, Industry roundtables and technology workshops across multiple cities in India.
  • Identify and bring onboard right industry partners and event agencies.
  • Manage end to end execution - agenda, theme, speakers, content, format, outreach, promotion, venue selection and all logistics.
  • Source and bring onboard sponsors who can complement us in our objectives.
  • Negotiate and liaison with all vendors.
  • Continuously improve the quality of events through regular feedback mechanism.
  • 6+ years of experience in managing multiple format conferences and roundtables.
  • Understanding of emerging digital technologies AI, IoT and Analytics.
  • Bachelors degree must; Masters/MBA degree preferred.
  • Expert in negotiation and managing vendors at all levels.
  • Proficient and judicious in managing budgets and spending.
  • Excellent written & oral communication, inter personal and program management skills.
  • Comfortable to multitask and work under tight deadlines.
  • Positive attitude, maturity to interact with top leadership are necessary attributes.
