Job Summary

Plan and execute series of large conferences, Industry roundtables and technology workshops across multiple cities in India.
Identify and bring onboard right industry partners and event agencies.
Manage end to end execution - agenda, theme, speakers, content, format, outreach, promotion, venue selection and all logistics.
Source and bring onboard sponsors who can complement us in our objectives.
Negotiate and liaison with all vendors.
Continuously improve the quality of events through regular feedback mechanism.

6+ years of experience in managing multiple format conferences and roundtables.
Understanding of emerging digital technologies AI, IoT and Analytics.
Bachelors degree must; Masters/MBA degree preferred.
Expert in negotiation and managing vendors at all levels.
Proficient and judicious in managing budgets and spending.
Excellent written & oral communication, inter personal and program management skills.
Comfortable to multitask and work under tight deadlines.
Positive attitude, maturity to interact with top leadership are necessary attributes.
