Job Summary
  • Setup and manage the forum to promote digital transformation
    • Identify the suitable partners from technology / user / academia world and bring them onboard.
    • Plan and execute the thought leadership activities for forum in discussion with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Help in driving the messaging for CoE activities through website, newsletter, social media etc.
  • Help in defining the matrices that CoE should maintain in terms of what value add we are actually providing to our partners. Perform periodic assessment as to whether we are on track or need to shift.
  • Represent CoE at relevant conferences / forums.
  • Identify and sign up corporate partners to CoE.
  • Degree from reputable institute, MBA would be an added advantage.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • 5+ years of sales / pre-sales / development experience (mix of experience in different areas will be preferred), with hands-on knowledge. Sales experience of technology products will be added advantage. Experience in working with manufacturing companies / healthcare sector is required. Expected to have good connect in user industry.
  • Experience in organizing thought leadership activities will be an added advantage.
  • Should be ready to travel as and when required in the line of job.
  • Positive attitude, maturity to interact with top leadership are necessary attributes.
