Job Summary
- Drive the overall integration initiatives related to FutureSkills. Ensure adherence to technical architecture and while implementing and maintaining the integration.
- Coordinate with partner s integration/technical team to design and documents all software integrations for third party.
- Coordinate with various teams like - partner engagement, product, testing etc towards ensuring proactive identification of integration needs and quality & timely closure of in progress integrations.
- Ensure feedback is converted to corrective actions and timelines.
- Design QA framework related to integrations.
- Regularly monitor the performance of the integration.
- Closely monitor and ensure timely closure of the issues identified in live integrations.
- Work on other technology related aspects, as required from time to time.
- Preparation and submission of periodic status reporting to management.
- BCA/ MCA. BSC(IT)/ MSC(IT), BE/B.Tech
- Minimum 10 years experience in the IT industry in technology domain.
- Atleast 5 years experience in IT integration. Experience in Marketplace domain integration will be an added advantage.
- Sound knowledge of integration method and technologies.
- Ability to set goals, set up review cadence and achieving agreed outcomes.
- Ability to manage different stakeholders.
- Strong interpersonal skills, innovative attitude, flexible, proactive, service-minded and a strong team player.
- A willingness to travel and ability to work independently and autonomously.
- Superior oral and written communication and presentation skills with an innate attention to detail.
