The Business Analyst is responsible for the review analyze and evaluate processes systems and user needs for planned projects on the based on the business plan of the enterprise The Business Analyst is involved in the development of business requirements documents and business cases facilitation of analysis workshops the selection of the most effective solution and the definition and management of User Acceptance Testing UAT to ensure enterprise operational and IT deliverables meet the requirements of the enterprise.

• Software Design, Software Documentation, Software Development Process, Software Requirements, Analyzing Information, Teamwork, Software Maintenance, Written Communication, Promoting Process Improvement.
• Proven experience in eliciting requirements and testing.
• Experience in analysing data to draw business-relevant conclusions and in data visualization techniques and tools.
• Solid experience in writing SQL queries.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills including technical writing skills Requirements analysis, organization.
• Planning and monitoring.
• Translating and simplifying requirements.
• The ability to conduct cost/benefit analysis.
• Business case development.
• Modeling techniques and methods.

• Defining the project scope.
• Conducting business research.
• Define configuration specifications and business analysis requirements.

A degree in IT / Computer Science / Project Management or related field
Previous experience in Business / Systems Analysis or Quality Assurance
