Job Summary

Purpose of the Job:
Responsible for setting up, delegating, supervising for operations and sales organization in his territory. Adjusting operational and sales activities on tactical and operations level in consultation with superior and give timely feedback to management and other departments. Perform business within the framework of NBHC core values and business policy guidelines and of respective functions.

Key Responsibilities (Job Descriptions):

  • Continually increase third party customers and revenue from such customers in the region
  • Ensure steady revenue through increasing number of AMC's and customers availing such services.
  • Meet needs of internal customers through planning and effective implementation of services required within NBHC.
  • Plan the department's business for the territory to achieve the department's business goals and objectives. Where required, meet needs of NBHC BD team for planning and effective implementation of pest treatment for stocks at PWH Warehouses.
  • Understand and implement company's policies and systems for effective and efficient functioning of branches.
  • Lead the region's team for achieving industry leadership.
  • Lead, develop, coach and manage employees responsibility (Recruiting, staffing, training, Individual development, motivation, recognition, assessment & feedback and retention).
  • Provide technical and operations support to the team. Organize operational meetings with the team.
  • Empower team member based on skills and competencies.
  • Elaborate monthly reports based on the business lines. Support implementation of new initiatives by the business lines. Reporting of incidental key issues (e.g. new developments, accidents, client issues etc.)
Experience Required :

Minimum 4 Years
