Job Summary Designation: Officer, Senior Officer, Associate Manager, Area Manager(Operations)
Qualification: Graduate/Post Graduate (Science or Agricultural Sciences)
Experience: 2-7 years in pest management industry

Specific Skills :Should have knowledge of pest management services including chemical pesticides and equipment used, pests encountered and treatments against structural and commodity pests. Knowledge of fumigation treatments preferred.

Job Purpose :Ensure timely provision of effective and cost optimal services meeting requirements of customer.

Roles & Responsibilities of Officer, Senior Officer, Associate Manager, Area Manager(Operations)

Costs, Customer Satisfaction, Service Quality, Record Keeping

  • Scheduling and monitoring of pest management services using EVA ERP
  • Ensuring timely and effective pest management by assigning operators and materials to services of customers using EVA ERP.
  • Monitoring and managing operational costs by optimizing usage of materials and manpower by tracking them in EVA ERP.
  • Maintaining records of services for invoicing and submission to customers. Scanning and uploading records of completed services in EVA ERP.
  • Maintaining regular contact with customer to ensure effective services and achieving customer satisfaction and updating such interactions in EVA ERP.
