Specialist Skills

Knowledge of server, storage and network architectures desirable. Server Platform Technologies (Windows, UNIX and Linux) with experience in IIS. Knowledge of Programming language preferably in Java, Dot Net, Python and Shell.

Job Purpose

Additionally, the position is responsible for assisting the manager with the development, analyses and implementation of staffing, training, scheduling and reward and recognition programs.

Job Responsibilities

1. Network Infrastructure Management for WAN and LAN 2. Experience in operations of a CUG with multiple service providers using leased lines, MPLS, VSATs and Internet 3. Vendor and telecom service provider management experience a must 4. Management of leased data and Internet links on 24x7 basis and Liasoning with service providers of high uptime and troubleshooting 5. Call /Email Quality monitoring and providing feedback to team members 6. Actively involved in DR planning and DR drills. Incident, Release and Change management
