Debtors/Creditors Aging report
TDS/VAT/Service Tax calculation
TDS/VAT/Service Tax returns
Preparation of Debit note/Credit note
Preparation of Bank Interest calculation
Vendors/Creditors/Customers reconciliation
Ensure reconciliation of Customer collection with CRM
Attending Statutory hearing like PF/VAT/S.TAX
Co-ordination with Statutory auditors for smooth completion of Audit in time
Ensure timely payment of Bank interest/Repayment of loan
Preparation of stock statement for Bankers
Control over Purchase/Labour/Admin paymentwith respect to budget
Supplier payment issue(Coordinating with purchase & vendor).
