Refinery

Title: Shift Incharge Fire Responsibilities:

Conduct Fire Training & Mock Drills to bring in awareness about Emergency Management Systems and Procedures.
Conduct competency assessment of fire operators at regular interval
Shift wise implementation & compliance of fire protection systems as per unit specific systems.
Effective Communication to all the Fire Operators , employees & Contractors concerned for effective implementation of Systems, Policies & Procedures
Ensuring proper implementation of Fire SOPs
To report to Fire manager / Dy. Fire Chief for any deviations during the shift activities. across the Refinery Complex.
To monitor / Audit all Hot Work Permits for Safety Compliances.
To participate in the ABC / ASC / Contractor Management Meeting to facilitate in problem solving and decision making
To ensure compliance of environmental legal requirement related to his/her operational area.

Eligibility: B.E or BSc Fire with 3-7 years experience Level: M10/M9 Experience: 3-7 years
