• To ensure safe operation of the marketing terminal with main focus on HSE management and process safety.
• Job safety analysis of activities related to Depot Operations.
• Adherence to PTW.
• Adherence to SOPs.
• Regular tool box talks and Safety Campaigns.
• Implement HSE Management Systems and processes for Marketing terminal.
• Implementation of HSE management system for the Marketing terminal.
• Develop site specific procedure and implement HSE procedure to implement HSE management.
• Provide solutions to major HSE problems through systematic studies.
• Continual improvement through implementing HSE best practices and benchmarking HSE performance.
• Conduct and participate in periodic HSE audit.
• Ensure timely implementation of recommendations of HSE Audits.
• Take lead for successful implementation of all improvement projects related to HSE.
• Ensure people participation through safety campaign, safety committee.
• Implement control measures to reduce the risk as per hierarchy of control through standard and procedure.
• Ensure HSE management systems is effective to manage risks.
• Provide HSE inputs for projects, modifications and improvements.
• Compliance Audits at predefined frequency.
• Develop and Conduct HSE Training and Communication.
• Provide HSE training and awareness.
• Facilitate for an effective HSE communication program.
