Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for Direct sale & Marketing of residential Villa Plots and Villas in Bangalore.
  • Making powerful sales presentations resulting in high conversion ratio.
  • To generate leads for ongoing & upcoming projects.
  • Participating in marketing activity held by the management.
  • Maintaining strong client relationship and high level of customer service.
  • Preparing pre-sales proposals for prospective clients.
  • Identifying potential customers and new business opportunities within and outside the venue.
  • Cold calling, fixing site visits
  • Converting clients site visit into sales.
  • Follow up with clients for booking.
  • Taking clients for the site visit for the development progress.
  • Follow up with client for signing of the agreement.

  • Be personable with the ability to enthuse, persuade and negotiate the best deals for the company
  • Be commercially minded with a sharp focus on the sales targets

  • Have a good understanding of the market and the real estate industry.

Key Skills & Experience:

  • Preferably with a degree in Sales / Marketing
  • Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken)
  • Proficiency in English and Kannada Languages.
  • Proficiency in Hindi and Tamil Languages would be an advantage.
