  • Assistance in Employee Appraisal Management

  • Employee Records Administration
  • Other jobs as assigned from time to time

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Post-Graduation in HR Management, preferably MHRM or such core HR Course.MBA (HR) is second preference only
  • Candidate with minimum 4 years experience in managing Plant HR/ER and Administration activities.
  • People and Process Orientated
  • Should be able to implement new systems and processes wherever required
  • Should be strong in statutory compliance
  • Fluency in Telugu (speaking, reading and writing)
  • Should be able to manage Public Relations effectively
