Job Summary
Experience We are seeking a Database Administrator with a minimum of 2 years and a maximum of 5 years of experience in the field. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing and maintaining databases, ensuring high availability, and working with various database technologies. What We Are Looking For We are looking for a dedicated, detail-oriented individual who is proficient in MySQL, DynamoDB, MongoDB, and Linux. The candidate should have a strong understanding of high availability environments and be able to manage and maintain these systems effectively. The preferred candidate will have experience with MySQL, DynamoDB, and MongoDB. Responsibilities Manage and maintain all databases, ensuring high availability and performance. Work with various database technologies such as MySQL, DynamoDB, MongoDB, and Linux. Ensure all database systems meet business and performance requirements. Monitor and maintain system health and security. Provide end-to-end technical support and problem resolution. Schedule and perform regular server maintenance. Create and manage database reports, visualizations, and dashboards. Create automation for repeating database tasks. Skills Required Proficiency in MySQL, DynamoDB, MongoDB, and Linux. Experience with high availability environments. Strong command of SQL and SQL server tools. Advanced knowledge of database security, backup and recovery, and performance monitoring standards. Understanding of relational and dimensional data modeling. PowerShell and Unix shell scripting skills. Strong mathematical and statistical knowledge. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
