Job Summary
  • Ensure timely project delivery and quality. Accountable for project scheduling.
  • Maintaining coordination between Principals / Clients and inter-trade to ensure the scope of the project is covered. (single point of contact).
  • Coordination with Principal / Client for completion of project within the time/cost/budget/safety, conduct periodic project coordination meetings with the Principal / Client for missing data & review client documentation in detail, and present periodical progress report.
  • Leading engineering team, Maintaining organized setups and workflows within the team.
  • Ensure generation of engineering documents prepared with due diligence after appropriate consideration of client s requirements while considering the first-time-right approach of document deliverables as per approved budget/schedule.
  • Take ownership of the work & Attend Project review meetings, Lead & own the process of preparation of cost estimates or design deliverables with consideration of applicable code/standards.
  • Capture all changes/modifications in the deliverables that have been intimated by the project, prior to release of deliverables.
  • Manpower estimation, work planning, effective utilization of manpower, process monitoring, and control of Quality of Engineering documents on a quality assurance basis.
  • Developing a second line of leaders from within the team, training, and development of engineers.
  • Review and appraisal of the Team.
Experience Required :
