Business Analyst - Itil/itsm Job in Nectar Infotel Solutions Pvt Ltd.

Experience : 4-7 years (IT Industry)

Roles & Responsibilities :

• Comprehensive understanding of company research, ability to analyse various industry issues affecting companies, and ability to study its impact on the respective business models of enterprises
• Analyse companies based on the SWOT framework
• Use strategies for gathering, reviewing and analysing data requirements.
• Responsible to analyse System Requirements end-to-end.
• Create User Journeys, Mind maps & Process Flows.
• Produce client-ready, timely, high quality, zero-defect research, analysis and output Generating strong business insights and understanding implications
• Analyse user data needs and determine needs resolved through automated repeatable process.
• Identify problems within a business, including through using data modelling techniques.
• Review system capabilities, workflow and scheduling limitations to identify if requested programs are possible in current system.
• Develop and enhance spreadsheets and databases functionality like usage of forms, templates and logic functions.
• Handle information processed confidentiality and proprietary nature of database.
• Ensure high data quality through regular quality checks.
• Develop cross group and cross functional reports covering client need
• Conducting secondary research and preparation of company analysis reports across various sectors.
• Experience or knowledge of using sources such as Factiva, Hoovers, Bloomberg etc.
• Proficient in report writing, particularly well versed with Company Profiling and SWOT Analysis of companies. Comfortable with the areas of strategy analysis, financial and operational analysis, and regulatory aspects impacting a company
• Excellent research skills with ability to extract data from available sources 99% the position will be involved in secondary research.
• Primary research will be limited
• End to end client management includes scoping of project, end-to-end project management, and client interaction as per requirement.
• Good knowledge of MS Office. Strong Excel based skills desirable
• Adept in using Google translation
• Exposure to some sector specific company research
• Quality check of the work and sharing feedback with the team members
