Handling the calls by the customer.Maintaining and prepare the roaster.Also solving the escalated cases on daily bases as per urgency.Out calling the customer whenever required.Maintaining Out calling data as well as reports.Also solving the escalated cases on daily bases as per urgency.Co-ordination with higher authority and getting the problem solved.Preparing the M.I.S report for the origination.Maintaining the quality of inbound and outbound calls.

Minimum Requirements
