Job Summary

  • Be technically deep and provide input on architecture, design and code. As a data architect, you are well respected by engineers and non-engineers alike
  • Partner with engineering teams and Product owners , including business stakeholders in the Ratings organization

Be responsible for driving technical design, dataarchitecture and implementation of new features and iterations of core products

Provide technical leadership in the areas of databasedesign and implementation, services, master data management, data modeling,data quality, data governance, data access & data integration

Responsible for gathering requirements and translateinto actionable IT deliverables using industry-proven data management bestpractices

Lead the implementation of strategy roadmap for theenterprise data; including data modeling, implementation and data managementfor our enterprise data, warehouse and advanced data analytics systems

Work on issues of diverse scope where analysis ofdata design requires evaluation of a variety of factors, including anunderstanding of current industry technology trends

Enforce and implement Data architecture principles,standards, metrics and policies

Partner with the Ratings data office, enterprisearchitecture organization to ensure best use of standards for the key data usecases

Create and maintain the enterprise data model at theconceptual, logical and physical Level

Work closely with strategic projects and coachesdevelopment teams on defined standards and methods for data usage andpropagation.

Coaches development teams in identifying the correctlocation for system-of-record data needed in Ratings applications.

Develops and documents enterprise data standards andprovides technical oversight on projects to ensure compliance through theadoption and promotion of industry standards / best practice / guidingprinciples aligned with organization standards.

Develops database solutions by designing proposedsystem; defining database physical structure and functional capabilities


Skills Required :
  • expert knowledge in data modeling tools like Erwin/Power Designer
  • expert knowledge in database technologies like Oracle, NoSQL
  • Hands-on experience contributing to data/application architecture & designs, proven software/enterprise integration design patterns and full-stack knowledge including modern distributed front end and back end technology stacks
  • Extensive Data modelling / ontology / taxonomy / metadata experience; specifically designing logical models / ontologies / data dictionaries from both business requirements and reverse-engineering
  • Experienced technology lead with extensive experience with Data Management, Data Security, Data Quality, Data Governance
  • Experience with buildingand supporting solutions in the cloud including a strong understanding of cloudnative architectures, design patterns and best practices

    Qualification :
    • Master of Business Administration (MBA)
