Role Overview

The RevOps lead will play a central role in the company s Go-to-Market operations, collaborating closely with Sales, Marketing, and other cross-functional teams. This role focuses on optimizing workflows and delivering actionable insights through data management and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Workflow and Process Improvement: Streamline workflows to improve efficiency and drive operational excellence across sales and marketing.
  • Reporting and Dashboards: Create and maintain reports and dashboards to track key performance metrics for informed decision-making.
  • Sales Data and Campaign Analysis: Analyse sales data and campaigns to provide actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Territory Management: Oversee and optimize territory management processes for equitable distribution and efficient coverage.
  • Marketing Operations: Oversee marketing ops functions, including email and campaign management, automation, and reporting.
  • Operational Strategy: Develop short-term and long-term strategies to support revenue-driven programs.
  • Ad-hoc Support: Respond to ad-hoc requests from key stakeholders, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
  • Manage and Optimize Tech Stack: Build, configure, and maintain core RevOps technologies including Salesforce, HubSpot, and other tools.

What We re Looking For:

  • 6+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or related fields, preferably in an enterprise B2B SaaS environment.
  • Proven experience in building and scaling revenue operations functions, especially in early-stage startups.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from complex data sets.
  • Expertise in CRM (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), marketing automation, and revenue operations tools.
  • A strategic thinker with a detail-oriented approach, proactive in identifying and solving problems.
  • Willingness to work extended hours as needed to meet business requirements and project deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate across all levels of the organization.
