At Nethority we are looking for SEO Team Lead-Digital Marketing who is responsible for leading a team of SEO professionals and overseeing the planning, implementation, and optimization of search engine optimization strategies for websites and online platforms. They play a crucial role in driving organic traffic, improving search engine rankings, and maximizing visibility and conversions.

Roles & Responsibility

1)Manage the Search Engine Optimization responsibilities of company websites and clients websites.
2)hiring on SEO solution expertise in projects for effective delivery of broad milestones as well as micro level tasks in projects to achieve the campaign KPIs and business goals for clients.
3)The role will be responsible for planning and execution of SEO objectives.
4)Build SEO Strategy and Implement SEO steps:
5)Ability to identify SEO problems or inhibiting factors, diagnose the root cause and devise effective intervention.
6)On-page Optimization and Off-page optimization.
7)All Associated steps, including website structure, Technical SEO, keyword analysis,
8)Meta tags, titles, submissions, traffic analysis and rank optimization etc.
9)Coordination with other teams and clients for another SEO implementation.
10)Deep understanding of building organic traffic and improving SERPs.
11)Work closely with Content Writing and Content marketing teams.
12)Content skill is a plus. In-depth knowledge of current SEO tools and practices.
13)In-depth knowledge of Google Algorithm.
14)Need to generate data on a daily basis and show progress.
15)Identifying and implementing strategies for increasing website traffic through organic search listings without being blacklisted. Research and identify URL architecture, page errors, content and navigational issues, and other factors that impact the technical performance of a website.
16)Work heavily with SEO tools, especially Google Webmaster Tools, Bing Webmaster Tools, MOZ and Deep Crawl, SEM Rush etc. Work on the ON page levels and make the keywords and revenue perform for Clients websites.

Skils

4+ years technical SEO experience and an eagerness to learn
Excellent time management and communication skills required
Tactical/Technical implementation experience in working with multiple complicated sites and migration of sites
Knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Search Console tools
Experience working with technical SEO tools such as Screaming Frog, SEMrush, and Mos
Experience setting up, optimizing, and creating internal site search strategy
Understanding of HTML and CSS
Experience creating strategy or resolving SEO issues in a JavaScript a plus
Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business or another related field preferred
