Job Summary
Company Nethority Technologies, Nasik Are you innovative and passionate about current trends and creating digital marketing campaigns? Nethority is looking to hire a digital marketing manager to support the marketing team in effectively promoting its message across all digital channels. On a daily basis, they will manage Nethority s social media, including Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram, and create email blast campaigns to target key customers. They will also delegate responsibilities to copywriters, content creators, and other members of the marketing team, and stay up to date on the latest social media trends. The Digital marketing manager will plan, manage, and oversees the company s digital marketing campaigns, develop, implement and oversee long-term digital marketing campaigns and short-term advertising techniques through digital platforms. This role requires enhancing brand awareness, driving traffic to the company s website and generating sales leads. Digital marketing manager will oversee and collaborate with the marketing team and provide support in several areas, such as: Identifying and testing new digital channels and tools Researching and implementing new marketing and the latest trends Measuring and reporting the return on investments (ROIs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) Using web Analyticstools to monitor site traffic Brainstorming new campaign ideas and growth strategies Helping optimizes the user experience on the company s website and assisting with the landing page creation Customer buying journey. Gaining potential leads and transforming them into customers Optimizing marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media and digital advertising Constructing campaign decks to show the starting points, how it worked and the results Presenting campaigns to the entire team Answering questions on projects and their successes to management, clients and stakeholders Examining brand ambassadors and their statistics Exploring different influence-rsto work with throughout the year and for specific campaigns Working with influence-rsto ensure they create brand-aligned content, post at an agreed time and deal with any positive or negative comments Updating company s brochures, case studies on regular basis Main Responsibilities include: Developing strategies Creating and implementing digital marketing strategies, including social media advertising, email marketing, SEO, SEM, and PPC Managing campaigns Planning, executing, and measuring campaigns, including experiments and conversion tests Analyzing performance Measuring key performance metrics, such as website traffic, audience engagement, and ROI Creating and managing content Planning and managing content creation for digital platforms, including social media, emails, and other digital communication Collaborating Working with internal teams, media, and sales teams to improve marketing results Reporting Preparing reports on the performance of marketing campaigns Staying up to date Keeping up with the latest social media trends and implementing them in marketing campaigns Campaigns to steer in the Marketing Department: Social media marketing campaigns: Social media marketing campaigns focus on expressing a company s message or advertising its products or services through various social platforms. These campaigns can include images, videos and stories advertisements. Content marketing campaigns: You can incorporate social media marketing into content marketing campaigns but can include articles, website videos or podcasts to promote brand awareness. Email marketing campaigns: Many consumers can sign up for emails via a company s website, allowing you to contact them with marketing materials, including newsletters and sale announcements. Search engine optimization (SEO) campaigns: SEO marketing efforts involve optimizing websites to increase their ranking on the search engine results page (SERP) and encourage more site traffic. This type of campaign can include incorporating keywords and creating content like blog posts. Pay-per-click (PPC) advertising campaigns: PPC advertising is when a company pays every time a user clicks on their advertisement. This marketing effort can encourage more organic traffic to the company s site through search engines or third-party sites.
