Job Summary
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and requirements.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and requests.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services/products to clients.
- Prepare and deliver proposals, presentations, and reports to clients as needed.
- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products/services to existing clients.
- Handle and resolve client complaints and issues promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to provide insightful information to clients.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for client retention and expansion.
- Meet and exceed predefined targets for client satisfaction and revenue growth.
