Job Summary

Job brief We are looking for a Lead Development Representative to act as the liaison for our Sales teams. Your role will be to qualify the lead by contacting and developing relationships with potential customers. To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience developing leads from using different tools (Sales Navigator, Zoom info and other Similar tools) and meeting sales quotas. You will be critical in your research to conduct lead validation and support the Sales Development organization. Responsibilities. Qualify leads by using different tools mentioned above as sales opportunities. Hit your daily/weekly/monthly KPIs Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market Work collaboratively with the Sales Development team to assist in pipeline generation Report to the Sales Development Manager on (weekly/monthly/quarterly) sales results Stay up to date with new products/services and new pricing/payment plans. Requirements and skills Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls, emails) Track record of achieving sales quotas Min of 1-3 years of experience with lead development Experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce/Salesloft/Zoominfo/LinkedIn Sales Navigator) Familiarity with MS Excel (analysing spreadsheets and charts) Understanding of sales performance metrics Excellent communication and negotiation skills Ability to deliver engaging presentations.
