Job Summary
- Maintain, and support VoIP infrastructure
- Provide application and VOIP support to for the customer
- Work ticket queues for any open support tickets
- Work with DevOps team with any system related tasks
- Create documentation outlining the design and support of voice products
- Perform regular off-hour maintenance
- SIP/RTP and other real time communication protocols
- Linux Experience
- Basic VOIP experience with other UC platforms, Microsoft, Cisco, FreeSwitch, Asterik, etc.
- Passion for providing superior customer service

- Detail orientated
- Write maintainable, efficient, and well-documented code using engineering best practices
- Ability to work in a team environment
- 3 years' experience with SIP/RTP and other real time communication protocols such as WebRTC
- FreeSWITCH, Kamailio and OpenSIPS experience
- Experienced designing and deploying highly available and scalable VoIP infrastructures across different data centers
- Deep understanding of networking protocol experience (IP/TCP/UDP).
