Job Summary

Key Responsibilities Be a key contributor to process improvements and automation in Salesforce Assist in our team effort of migrating from Salesforce Classic to Lightning Experience. Maintain existing integrations with Salesforce and third party apps as well as plugin new apps Perform period enhancements and maintenance on various Salesforce ecosystem related tools, such as Openprise, Looker, and Clari Perform ad-hock projects and other duties as assigned. Preferred Qualifications 2+ years previous experience as a hands-on developer and admin within the Salesforce domain Professional with Salesforce Certified Developer 1 (PD1) & Administrator (ADM201). Any other certification would be a plus! Understanding of Salesforce standard objects Leads, Account, Contacts, Opportunity, Products, Price book, Lead process, Sales process etc is required Proficiency with HTML/CSS, Javascript, Jquery, Salesforce tools like Process Builder, Visual Flows, Approval process, etc. Hands-on experience with Salesforce Apex, Lightning (Aura/LWC), Triggers, Batch, Visualforce, SOQL, OOP Concept, DevOps Stack Experience implementing solutions by mapping customer's business processes to Salesforce.com features like Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, and Communities Experience with Salesforce CPQ a plus Additional tool experience also a bonus with ServiceCloud, Mavenlink, Gainsight, LinkedIn SalesNavigator, ZoomInfo, ClosePlan, and Clari. Experience with SAAS/subscription-based models preferred. Self-starter able to handle multiple projects at a time, highly proactive and able to follow through. Excellent verbal/written communication skills, including an ability to effectively communicate with both sales and technical teams.
