Job Summary
Description We are looking for an outgoing candidate who has got hands of experience in a business analysis role in the IT industry. Responsibilities:
- Gathers and analyses requirements from the Stakeholders.
- Ability to assist in the definition of project scope and objectives
- Using standard templates and simple language develop requirement specifications.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders in order to maintain transparency and ensure that the solution meets customer s needs.
- Ability to conceptualize user scenarios, and capture these as workflows and wireframes.
- Coordinate with design experts to create mock ups for presenting solution recommendations to clients.
- Monitor the project progress and report the risks and issues in a timely manner.
- Ability to develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
- Manage changes to the project scope, schedule and costs
- Learns about the market, industry, and domain trends to suggest suitable solutions.
- Ensures quality of the product delivered.
Skillset
- 0-2 years of experience
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Good understanding of SDLC and project management methodologies.
- Ability to identify changes to the agreed scope and communicate with the customer and relevant stakeholders.
- Ability to ensure the project is completed within budget, scope and schedule constraints.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and deliver results.
