Job Title: AI Engineer

As an AI Engineer, you will spearhead the design, development, and deployment of cutting-edge AI solutions within our organization. You ll play a pivotal role in driving AI initiatives, collaborating across teams, and ensuring seamless project delivery in line with our business goals. Key Responsibilities:

• AI Strategy & Roadmap: Develop and execute the company s AI strategy and roadmap in alignment with business objectives.

• AI Innovation: Identify and explore opportunities for AI-driven innovation that provide a competitive advantage.

• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of AI engineers and data scientists, guiding them in designing and implementing innovative AI solutions.

• Architect AI Systems: Architect scalable, robust, and efficient AI systems, including data pipelines, machine learning models, and inference engines.

• Technology Selection: Evaluate and select the most appropriate AI technologies, frameworks, and tools to meet project needs.

• End-to-End Project Management: Oversee the complete development lifecycle of AI projects, from initial concept to final production deployment.

• Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with data engineers, software developers, and domain experts to integrate AI solutions seamlessly into existing systems.

• Machine Learning & Deep Learning: Optimize and develop machine learning models, deep learning algorithms, and NLP solutions to meet project goals.

• Model Tuning & Evaluation: Conduct performance tuning, hyperparameter optimization, and model evaluation to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of AI models.

• Data Integrity & Security: Ensure data quality, integrity, and security across all AI workflows, maintaining compliance with best practices.

• AI Best Practices: Implement data governance policies and adhere to AI best practices to ensure consistency, reliability, and high performance in AI solutions.

• Research & Innovation: Stay on top of the latest advancements in AI research and incorporate relevant innovations into ongoing projects.

• Stakeholder Communication: Work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and communicate technical concepts effectively, translating them into actionable business solutions.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• Technical Expertise: Strong proficiency in Linux and experience with programming languages such as Python, C, or C++.

• AI Frameworks: Hands-on experience with leading AI frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-Learn.

• Data Science Knowledge: Solid understanding of data science, statistical analysis, and data visualization techniques.

• Leadership & Communication: Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a cross-functional environment.

• Agility: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment while effectively managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
