We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Client Servicing Representative to join our night shift operations. This role involves handling outbound calls for US-based clients, ensuring high-quality service, achieving team targets, and maintaining accurate records. Ideal candidates should have strong communication skills, be results-driven, and able to thrive in a performance-based environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct US outbound calls as part of collection or sales processes.
- Perform internet research, data validation, and document generation as part of client servicing activities.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure proper documentation of all interactions.
- Meet and exceed individual and team targets consistently.
- Deliver excellent service and build rapport with clients through effective communication and negotiation.
- Maintain professionalism and confidentiality while handling sensitive client information.
- Collaborate with team members and contribute to a high-performance environment.
- Take ownership of assigned tasks with a responsible and proactive approach.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Prior experience in US Collections or Sales process is highly preferred.
- Proficient in basic computer operations and data entry.
- Target-oriented with a self-motivated and energetic personality.
- Strong leadership and team motivation capabilities are an advantage.
