Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Client Success Associate to support and enhance client relationships. This role involves handling client inquiries, providing product support (especially for our eHRMS software), and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction. You will collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver a seamless post-sales experience and help clients get the most value from our solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate, complete, and timely information using appropriate tools and channels.
  • Handle incoming calls and emails professionally, resolving client issues and queries efficiently.
  • Set up new client accounts and ensure successful onboarding.
  • Provide product support for eHRMS software, and coordinate with the IT project team to resolve technical issues.
  • Follow communication procedures, internal guidelines, and documentation standards.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions and service activities.
  • Meet and exceed individual and team KPIs including service targets and client satisfaction metrics.
  • Proactively engage clients to ensure product adoption and retention.
  • Address customer complaints and follow through to resolution in a timely and empathetic manner.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development and project coordination teams, to escalate and resolve issues.
  • Keep clients informed of product updates, enhancements, and new features.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong presentation and client engagement abilities.
  • Proven ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Comfortable making outbound/inbound calls to communicate with clients.
  • Good understanding of internet tools, MS Office, and general web applications.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
  • Strong customer orientation with the ability to adapt and respond to different personality types.
  • Prior experience in a customer service or client support role is a plus.
