Key Responsibilities

  • Research & Creation: Conduct thorough research on company-related topics, including online sources, interviews, and industry studies to create compelling content.
  • Content Generation: Write clear, concise, and engaging content for websites, blogs, articles, and social media posts.
  • Proofreading & Editing: Review and proofread content before publication, ensuring it meets high-quality standards.
  • Content Management: Use Content Management Systems (CMS) to draft, manage, and update content on the website.
  • SEO & Keyword Research: Conduct basic keyword research and apply SEO guidelines to increase website traffic and search engine rankings.
  • Content Promotion: Share and promote content on various social media platforms to increase reach and engagement.
  • Client Needs & Recommendations: Identify gaps in existing content, suggest new topics, and develop content that addresses client needs and business goals.
  • Consistency: Maintain consistent style, tone, and branding across all content.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, and operations teams to align content with the company's goals and ensure timely publication.
  • Content Updates: Regularly update website content and ensure it reflects the latest developments and industry trends.
  • Content Improvement: Continuously analyze past content, improve writing skills, and apply feedback to enhance content quality.
  • Ethical Content Development: Ensure all content adheres to company ethics and strategies while targeting the audience appropriately.
