Roles & Responsibilities: Research company-related topics(combining online sources, interviews, and studies) Generate relevant literature to promote our products/services Prepare well-structured drafts using Content Management Systems Proofread and edit blog/website posts before publication Submit work to editors for input and approval Conduct simple keyword research and use SEO guidelines to increase web traffic Promote content on social media Identify client s needs and gaps in our content and recommend new topics Ensure all-around consistency (style, fonts, images, and tone) Update website content as needed Keep the content updated with latest developments and happenings in fields related to company Coordinate with marketing, operations and sales teams to illustrate articles Be receptive and a patient listener to understand the requirements Keep improvising the writing skills by analyzing the past published work Be sensitive and responsible while publishing to target audience Follow company ethics and maintain company's strategy while developing content
