Software Testing Analyst Job in New Media Guru India Pvt Ltd.

Are you a talented software testing analyst able to understand and analyze complex business logics? You'll work closely with software designers and program managers to understand more about what each product is meant to do, its key features and who will use it.

Then you'll run functional tests, customer scenario testing, stress testing, performance testing, and scalability testing and international testing. The ultimate goal is to iron out any bugs and improve the quality of the finished product.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze and understand the project's requirements, business logic and end user deliverables from SRS provided for the project
• Review and provide advice on test case specifications, test plans, bug reports, and setup/configuration issues
• Good problem solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication, collaboration & team building skills
• Support development technical leads, support engineers and professional service engineers with technical issues related to the project

Skills:

• Minimum experience of 2 4 years
• Expertise in developing Test Scenarios, Test Plan, Test Cases
• Experience in performing different kinds of testing like Functional Testing, GUI Testing, Performance Testing, Backend Testing, Regression Testing & UAT of Windows and Web Applications
• Prior work experience in mobile device applications & responsive web site testing
• Expertise in defect tracking system and bug life cycle using automation tools like Bugzilla, TTP, mantis or Issue Tracker.
• Must Know - Manual and automated testing with any one automation tool
• Advantage - QTP, Selenium, Load Runner , etc.
• Good understanding of the software development processes and business approach
• Good judgment skills, writing skills (for documenting the process) and communications and consultancy skills
• The ability to work in a team and as an individual
• The ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
