Job Summary

Individual Roles & Responsibilities

Customer Care Coordinator

  • Contribute to consistently meeting the goals of the Customer Care Team
  • Receive customer calls with Manager and assign calls to Engineers appropriately
  • Closely monitor calls and follow-up to closure
  • Make requests for Spare replacements and manage its movement
  • Ensure timely Technical escalations to Team Leads, Manager & Director
  • Ensure Call documentation/report submission by Engineers
  • Generate timely reports
  • Maintain customer relationships & identify business revenue opportunities
  • Ensure Team contributes with Sales Leads and track its progress
  • Collaborate with other NewWave internal teams
  • Ensure self & Team s strict adherence to Company processes
  • Reports to the Head Technical Services

Qualification:

  • Any Diploma, Graduate or 10+2, pass out 2012,2013,2014
  • Descent communication skills

Salary:

  • According to the performance
