Collection Executive Job in New Wave Computing

Detailed JD of Collection execution and task in bold is key KPI of this Role

Daily Tasks:

• Accounting of Invoice & Debit Note in Tally
• Accounting of Receipt from Customers
• Prepare Collection Statement and follow up with Customer by Mail, Phone and Direct Visits
• Co-ordination with internal team, If any issue related to Payment Collection
• Preparation of E-Sugam for Karnataka Martial Movement
• Preparation of Way-Bill for AP Material Movement
• Preparation of Insurance for Material movement above Rs.5000/- for KA & AP
• Preparation of Bank Reconciliation Statement
• Claims Tracking Plan to assign later

Weekly Tasks:

• Preparation on BR Report and send to all Business Mangers
• Preparation of Collection Target Statement
• Preparation of Fund Flow Statement with Newwave Payable Consideration

Fortnight Tasks:

• OAS Audit
• Support Team Audit

Monthly Tasks:

• Monthly ESI Filling for BLR
• Monthly PT Filling for BLR
• Monthly MIS Report Preparation
• Preparation of Pending Sales Tax Forms List and Follow up for the same and collect & Submit to Department.
