Job Title: Sr Corporate Recruiter

Job Responsibilities:

  • Partnering withBusinessheads to determine staffing needs.
  • Should have experience in end to end Non-ITRecruitment/TechnicalRecruitment.
  • Should be aware of the process ofRecruiting, searching, scheduling interviews, negotiation of salary and closing.
  • Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates.
  • Administering appropriatecompanyassessments.
  • Makinghiringrecommendations tocompanyhiringmanagers.
  • Coordinating interviews with thehiringmanagers.
  • Following up on the interview process status.
  • Maintaining relationships with both internal and external clients to ensure staffing goals are achieved.
  • Communicating employer information and benefits during the screening process.
  • Maintaining timely reports onrecruitmentactivities.
