Job Summary
  • Determine operational objectives by studying business functions; gathering information; evaluating output requirements and formats
  • Excellent capabilities of requirements management include
    • Requirements analysis
    • Eliciting requirements
    • Requirements organization
    • Translating and simplifying requirements
  • Define project requirements by identifying project milestones, phases and elements
  • Use requirements to drive the design or review of test cases, process change requests, and manage a project s scope
  • Should have an eye to the details; detail oriented
  • Should be able to view the system from a QA perspective
  • Knowledge of proper requirements specification and development, such as process/functional requirements definition methods, JAD/RAD sessions, use case development, process flow diagrams
  • Working knowledge of Agile and Waterfall Methodologies
  • Construct workflow charts and diagrams; studying system capabilities; writing specifications, BRS, SRS, FSD docs
  • Change management capabilities
  • Improve systems by studying current practices; designing modifications
  • Recommend controls by identifying problems; writing improved procedures
  • Prepare technical reports by collecting, analysing and summarizing information and trends
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
  • Perform daily, weekly and monthly reviews and analyses of current processes using operational metrics and reports
  • Create informative, actionable and repeatable reporting that highlights relevant business trends and opportunities for improvement
  • Conduct insightful, ad hoc analyses to investigate ongoing or one-time operational issues
