Job Summary
Position Overview We are looking for a skilled receptionist who can Manage walk-in clients and coordinate with sales executives. Receive, direct and relay telephone messages and fax messages Answer all incoming calls and handle telephonic inquiries whenever possible. To provide office support services in order to ensure efficiency and effectiveness within the office. Assist and provide administrative services to EDs, CEOs and other staff as requested Familiar with MS Office, Mail correspondence and Internet. Candidate must have a pleasing personality with good communication skills.
