Job Summary

Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer to ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with the development and product teams to design, execute, and optimize testing strategies for various IT products and services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on software requirements and technical specifications.
  • Perform manual and automated testing to identify software defects.
  • Ensure compatibility across various platforms, devices, and browsers.
  • Identify, document, and track defects in bug-tracking tools like Jira, Bugzilla, Trello Cart etc.
  • Maintain detailed records of test results and defect logs for reporting.
  • Implement QA methodologies and best practices in the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance software quality.
  • Strong knowledge of testing tools.

Experience Required

  • 1+ years in software testing.

Educational Qualifications

  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, IT or related field.

Preferred Skills

  • Understanding of different types of testing.
  • Knowledge of cross-browser testing and compatibility testing.

Soft Skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on quality.
