Job Summary
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop quality, proficient and enterprise grade technical solutionsthat satisfy business requirements
- Work as part of the development team towards the application in an aggressive deadline
- Develop solid unit and integration tests according to organizational standards
- Contribute to and drive technological and architectural decisions
- Participate in reviewing design and code for other team members
- Fix bugs and care about enterprise grade quality
- Adhere to agile development principles while following and improving all aspects of the scrum process
- Function as a subject matter expert in multiple product components
- Mentor junior engineers on best practices of developing a web application
- Pro-actively contribute to process improvement activities
- Assist peer organizations with activities such as performance, scalability and reliability testing
- B.E. / B.Tech in Computer Science, Industrial/Electronic Engineering
- 3+ years of experience asa Full Stack Developer(Web & Server side using Java)
- Strong OO design and code skills
- Expertise in application development using Java, J2EE, Spring, Spring MVC, Hibernate, web services standards and related technologies (XML, JSON, REST, SOAP, AXIS)
- 2+ years of experience developing Microservices
- Solid experience withAngular2 and above
- Solid expertise withHTML5, CSS3, AJAX, JQuery, Java Script, JSON
- Demonstrated experience with multi-tier web application development
- Solid understanding of relational database concepts and experience using MySQL (or similar)
- Experience working on Linux or Unix OS
- Hands on experience with Continuous Integration/Delivery and Test Driven Development
- Demonstrated ability to influence others, especially in sensitiveor complexsituations
- Experienceworking with agile software development methodology
- Experience with automation in unit and system level (Protractor, Jasmine, Karma)
- Great initiative; proven ability to tackle projects with a can do attitude
- Proven experience in operating within a global environment
- Comfortable with working in a complex matrix environment
- Very strong verbal and written English skills
- Experience working in Agile
- A team player
